After pausing the Best for the World program in 2020 due to COVID-19, B Lab has resumed its recognition of the top 5% of Certified B Corps in each of the five areas on the B Impact Assessment – Community, Customers, Environment, Governance, and Workers. This honor is to acknowledge top-performing companies that are creating the greatest impact in each of these areas through their businesses.
We are proud to share that, for the 5th time, Earth Equity was recognized as Best for the World™ in the Customers category. B Corps with this designation are acknowledged for “setting the standard for serving their customers, offering products or services that support the greater good,” which in our case is, of course, providing access to sustainable, responsible, and impact (SRI) investing.
We are grateful to all of our team members for upholding our B Corp values in every decision that impacts those who benefit from our services. We are continuously motivated by this B Corp community and deeply believe in our role in transforming the global economy to positively impact our planet, our society, and our future.
Best For The World recognition is administered by B Lab, the global nonprofit that certifies and supports Certified B Corporations, which are for-profit companies dedicated to using business as a force for good. Today there are more than 3,500 Certified B Corporations across 70 countries, unified by one common goal: to redefine success in business.
